Counselling Sessions

In our first meeting we will discuss what has brought you to Counselling and begin to determine how I can help you. This initial session lasts for 90 minutes and costs only £20.

From then on, we will meet at the same time and place each week. These on-going sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £40 each. A 20% discount is available for NHS staff.

Sessions are available during the day from 9am until early evening. My availability varies but I will always try to find a mutually convenient time and place to meet.

We can agree to meet for a specific number of sessions or leave it open ended and review progress on a regular basis. The time needed for Counselling to become effective varies from person to person.
