I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with almost 20 years' experience of helping adults from all kinds of backgrounds with a range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship problems, life crises such as redundancy or divorce and more. 

I offer face-to-face counselling for individuals and have some experience working remotely using Skype and Zoom.
